“Doing Brain Body Balance on a regular basis has helped with my alignment and balance. It has allowed me to move with ease, finding the right support, breathing and thought processes to make movements flow and not be strained. I now have a toolbox of exercises I can go to when I have certain aches stiffness or problems, which will help me on a daily basis. Dana is patient and attentive to the needs of the class and makes the classes both beneficial and fun.”

“I am learning a skill set that helps me focus and organize, balance my day by connecting brain patterns to body needs. It involves awareness and practice of body movements that promote brain/body connections.”

“You really are a superb instructor and one that doesn’t mind sharing your expertise. Regarding the 26 Brain Gym movements… each time you used one, you demonstrated different points about it that I either had forgotten or was not taught in the same way you showed it. Connecting Brain Gym moves to the Fundamental Development Patterns gave me my aha moment! A new understanding of how to use the moves and draw in the patterns.”
