The “I am Present” Festival will offer two days of workshops and conferences inspired by the central theme: “I am present”. Through Brain Gym®, we'll explore together the multiple meanings, values and interpretations of this statement: “I am present for me, for the world, for the festival”.
There will be cooperative games and techniques with bouncing balls to encourage interaction and fun. We'll also explore ways of combining rhythm and movement, and make room for creativity through dance, voice and art.
The workshops will stimulate reflection and movement, with activities that integrate Brain Gym® with other disciplines.
Each activity will be an opportunity to explore what it means to “be present” in its many nuances, with a dynamic and inclusive approach.
Some workshops will focus on the importance of finding one's center, exploring themes such as “Finding inner presence to share joy” or “Being oneself to be in the world.” Others will offer moments of introspection to reflect on how to stop and restart, reconnecting with one's rhythms and strengthening the connection to the earth.
During the lectures, we will explore different perspectives that connect the Brain Gym® to topics such as communication, the medicine wheel, and relationship dynamics.

So over time, I specialized in homeopathy and Bach flowers. Then in 2018, the unexpected, but certainly not accidental, encounter with kinesiology. I was immediately enthused by its philosophy: the person as the first resource of self, both physical and emotional approach, the use of muscle testing, rebalancing techniques, working on a specific goal. From there began a journey into the wonderful world of kinesiology, with its many facets. One of these particularly struck me: the Brain Gym. Very profound in its apparent simplicity, the use of the body and its movements to improve listening and attention, finding one's own rhythm in every action in life: this is the Brain Gym for me.

In this talk (we are from Tuscany and Piedmont) we describe how the 'application of a tool so wonderfully versatile and so surprising in its results as the Brain Gym has enabled our clients to become more aware of their bodies and to experience the 'opportunity for change to sustain the difficulties in their life experience whether at school, at work, in sports or simply in life.
In particular, the Brain Gym has fostered an adjustment of energy and focus on one's goals in the various moments of daily life:
excellent in the morning to start the day, useful before an 'activity (whether school, work, sports or creative), effective to enjoy a moment of pause to regain energy and mental clarity and last but not least, extremely functional to end the day cycle and enter the night cycle.
I am Chiara Fiore, I teach in an primary school in the Susa Valley and accompany the most struggling children. I also coordinate the support teachers of my inclusive institute with the role of Instrumental Function Support and Inclusion. For the past few years I have been a Brain Gym Facilitator, a practice that now always comes with me, even in the classroom!
I am a slightly weird teacher who has never lost the childlike, enthusiastic and curious look! I work as a support teacher in primary school and I am instrumental function support and inclusion in my Comprehensive Institute. I have always tried to bring wellness and awareness to the children I accompany, and when I discovered the Brain Gym I knew it was the perfect tool for me and my students. Today, a few years later, I am a facilitator and have almost completed the path to become a counselor and teacher, but most importantly I have made the conscious movements of Brain Gym strongly present among the children I walk with.
I am Chiara and I am present to myself, my children, others, the Festival and the Whole World!
The workshop aims to tell the story of how Brain Gym came into my life quite unexpectedly-but certainly not accidentally-and how it was a key to me and, cascading down, to the people I was walking with. Being a teacher, a support teacher, I chose to experience what had been useful for me, with my pupils. And here they will be the ones to tell how you can be Present to yourself, to others and to the world, with Brain Gym, even at school. Daily activities and routines to do with students, games and movements to propose in specific situations, workshops for young and old. But also testimonials from colleagues without kinesiology training, their questions, doubts and amazement at the results they have achieved with Brain Gym Presence.

We know Movement is essential and that Brain Gym® offers many movement opportunities. Let’s explore how bringing awareness to the WAY we use Time, Space, Energy and Flow affect the Quality of our movement. The dynamic qualities of our movement reflect our attitude toward time, space and energy and vice versa. This impacts our goals and how we balance. Noticing these elements of movement is useful in facilitating balances as well as in refining movement performance. Come and explore – and maybe expand – your experience of movement.

The integration of Touch for Health and Brain Gym®: a path to balance and growth
Touch for Health and Brain Gym® are two complementary approaches that, when integrated, amplify their benefits, creating a complete path of rebalancing and personal growth.
Touch for Health works primarily on balancing the body's energy through muscle testing, improving posture, muscle tone and vitality. Through muscle balancing, the well-being of internal organs and systems is also promoted, helping to release physical and emotional tensions. This method acts as a “solid foundation” for the body, creating a state of balance that allows it to better cope with daily challenges.
The Brain Gym®, uses targeted movements to stimulate the connection between body and brain, improving learning, concentration and coordination. It helps dissolve cognitive and emotional blocks, promoting greater fluidity in thought processes, emotion management and the ability to adapt to change.
When these two approaches are integrated, the result is amazing:
Improved integration of body and mind: The muscle rebalancing of Touch for Health provides a solid foundation on which the Brain Gym® can act, enhancing cognitive and emotional abilities.
Increased flexibility and adaptability: Working on both the body and the integration between the two brain hemispheres helps release patterns of tension and resistance, promoting a more harmonious response to external stimuli.
Unlocking unexpressed potentials: People discover new resources within themselves, improving their learning capacity, emotional well-being and connection with their bodies.
Stress release and increased centering: The combination of the two disciplines promotes deep relaxation, improving stress management and the ability to face challenges with clarity and confidence.
The integration of Touch for Health and Brain Gym® offers a unique approach to wellness, combining physical rebalancing with harmonization of cognitive and emotional skills. Together, they create a transformative pathway to living with greater awareness, fluidity and vitality.

I am Present.
What does that really mean? What are the factors that affect my state of presence? Knowing them allows me to quickly identify them and transform them where they need to be transformed!
These factors are all at the root of stress. We will therefore distinguish “Eustress” from “Distress”-terms used to define “good” and “bad” stress-and, most importantly, we will experience it in order to observe what is happening inside us.
We will do this by considering what happens to our bodies: perceptions felt through sensations, reactions, thoughts, etc.
Because to better observe, it is good to understand where and what to look at....
Simple and effective?
Effective because we will draw on a whole range of useful tools to rebalance a state that is often out of balance: that of the absence of Presence!Simple, right? You will learn how to use the BG®, the 3 Dimensions and its variants in a simple, specific and fun way

This workshop offers a relaxed, safe environment in which to explore physiological responses to trauma and stress. It enables participants to regain control, stay fully present and shift to a proactive, resilient state. Through Brain Gym® activities, games and movement techniques, participants will cultivate a deep sense of presence and release their inner resilience and courage.
By gently focusing on our physical sensations, we'll discover how our body unconsciously reacts to various situations, often before we can formulate a response. This awareness will serve as a foundation. From this base, we'll delve into the emotional aspects of our being, examining our feelings and organizing our sensations. In doing so, we can allow these emotions to transform into resources that strengthen our resilience and courage, guiding us towards actions motivated by our heart.
Connecting our physical and emotional dimensions to our mind and spirit leads us to a state of integration, where we feel safe, connected to others and ready to welcome new discoveries. The experience of gathering around enjoyable activities will strengthen our common humanity. By learning, playing and exploring tools together, participants will acquire invaluable life skills to share with their communities. Kukwstum̓ckál̓ap (Thank you)
Pedagogist. Elementary school teacher. Teacher and consultant of Brain Gym. Practical, curious, I love to experiment and always find some new course that I am passionate about. Thus came the encounter with Brain Gym, which I use with me and in my work.
Raise your hand if you have played ball at least once in your life. It is a simple tool that brings back memories of games and can bring today, with simplicity, an engaging, fun, challenging experience. Rhythm connects and stimulates experiences bringing us back to our center. A workshop for smiling, taking ourselves seriously, experimenting with new movements by stopping in presence to ourselves and our bodies ... to start again with new enthusiasm.
Driven by an uncontrollable urge to constantly discover new things, I love experimenting, going on adventures, discovering about myself and the people around me. I observe the world and the echoes it creates in and around me, welcoming the storms and enjoying the lulls.
Among the tools that accompany and support me in this discovery of life, Kinaesthetic Education has a central place. It enables me to remain present and aware of what I'm experiencing, to keep my own rhythm and to experience whatever comes my way with intensity and serenity.
I discovered Brain Gym in the early 2000s when I was a primary school teacher. This approach changed my life in the classroom, firstly by transforming me and, of course, by providing concrete tools for the children I taught. That's why I wanted to help spread the word by becoming a Kinaesthetic Education facilitator. Since then, I've enjoyed passing on this marvellous tool to those around me, and inviting everyone to make it their own.

Join us for an immersive workshop designed to deepen your self-awareness through the often-overlooked aspect of Noticing Self in Space. In this session, we’ll explore how our relationship with space influences our daily lives, authentic expression, and natural learning. While we often focus on inner body awareness (interoception), cultivating awareness of our position and movement in space (exteroception) is equally crucial for holistic growth.
Through the lens of Laban Movement Analysis, we’ll dive into the key element of Space and explore its multidimensional aspects—such as direct vs. indirect pathways, singular vs. multi-focus, and near vs. far distances. By understanding and developing flexibility in our spatial awareness, we unlock new possibilities for personal and professional growth, enhancing the health of the nervous system and fostering adaptability.
You’ll experience practical, guided movement exercises designed to heighten your spatial awareness—individually and in partnership with others. These exercises will help you reframe how you interact with your environment and improve your learning capacity, opening up new avenues for change and creativity. We’ll also introduce spatial orientation as a powerful tool for deepening your learning and fostering neural plasticity.
By the end of this workshop, you will leave feeling more present in your body, secure in your spatial orientation, and empowered with tools to enhance your everyday interactions, movement practices, and learning. Don’t miss this opportunity to discover the profound effect that noticing space can have on your growth and well-being.
Passionate and intuitive, Brain Gym slowly entered my life, one step at a time, to finally make me want to dive into the depths of this joyful practice. After enjoying all the incredible events organized by the CA, I wanted to do my bit to promote Brain Gym too, and here I am, full of ideas and surrounded by a great team to support you!
I live in the wonderful Alpes-Maritimes department, between the sea and the mountains, where I'm keen to share my profession as a Kinesiologist as widely as possible. I receive people at my practice and also work in a variety of structures and companies, such as schools, Ephad homes and rehabilitation centers. As disability is an important part of my life, I'm constantly training to support you.
Since 2021, I've been a facilitator, consultant and teacher in Education Kinesiology/Brain Gym®. My activity today enables me to combine my already acquired professional skills with my passion for body language.
As a school teacher, I've always been keen to enable my pupils to work with pleasure and confidence, and when I discovered Brain Gym it was a revelation. I trained myself and created class balances according to my students' needs. Today, I use this experience to help teachers introduce movement and the pleasure of learning into their classrooms, as well as to accompany students in their academic, emotional and physical challenges in individual sessions. As a dancer in an amateur company, I also run workshops on balancing through dance.
As an EDU-K/Brain Gym® instructor, I offer individual sessions for teenagers and adults. My experience as a dancer and the implementation of dance projects in schools feed my Brain Gym and dance workshops.
What people say about me: Authentic, creative, gentle, dynamic, innovative, smiling, unique... These are just some of the qualities you'll find in our discussions! I look forward to meeting you!
We'll take you from your lovely cottage to the festival site on a joyful journey through our world.
Today, when you opened your inbox, you discovered a joyful invitation!
A dynamic group from a faraway land is inviting you to join them for a festival.
What a wonderful idea it was to have you travel to join them.
After much thought and organization:
Am I going alone?
Who will I meet?
Am I able to take a plane, a bus, a train?
Do I have enough money in my purse?
Who will look after the children and my pets while I'm away?
What am I going to pack in my travel bag?
What do they eat in this faraway land?
Is the coffee really restretto?
Will I be able to make myself understood?
Now you've decided to accept, and you're almost ready to meet up with them again for a few days on the move...
I live in Torre Pellice.
In 2010, the Brain Gym gave meaning to everything I was doing and allowed me to “put my feet on the ground” and give concrete expression to my activity. For 10 years, I have been offering trainings and workshops in schools, as well as individual consultations, combining Educational Kinesiology and Connected Communication Co.Co.®meditation.
For several years, I have been deeply involved in Brain Gym® France, where I bring with me creativity and the art of transformation.
Over the 20 years that I have taught courses, worked with people individually, and contributed to the development of the Brain Gym France association, I have seen the extent to which EduK has influenced my being, helped me grow, and led me toward ever greater creativity and peace. Every course, every group I meet, every experience that someone has given me and that I have witnessed is another learning experience, surprising, touching and profound.
I am still amazed by all that the body, heart and mind invite us to experience on a daily basis.
That is why I continue to explore, learn and share with the Brain Gym community in France and elsewhere.
Do you think the Festival is really over? Every step, every movement, every reflection we share will chart a path beyond the Festival.
During these days, we will explore new territories within and without, find to live fully in the present and imagine the future. Discovering that every vision, every dream, is intertwined with that of others.
And as we approach the end of this experience, all the thoughts and insights we gather will find their own form. They will no longer be mere words, but elements of a reality that is already preparing to manifest.
What will happen when these visions, these dreams, come together? How will they take shape in our collective future? Let us continue together to create this vision!
